   Attorney David Saliba has been writing his column, "Of Legal Interest," for the Post-Gazette since 1995. He is a practicing attorney concentrating on real estate taxation, and former attorney for the City of Boston.
   Married, with four children and four grandchildren, David has been an attorney at law since 1952.
   He is the author of "Real Estate Valuation In Court" and "For the Good Life." David is a former instructor of law at Suffolk University Law School and former member of the Board of Trustees for Suffolk University. He is former assistant corporation counsel for the City of Boston as well as former associate commissioner of assessing for the City of Boston.
   David served in the Marine Corps and participated in the famous invasion of Iwo Jima during World World II.
